TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ATTENDING CHURCH SERVICES AT ST MICHAEL’S BRYANSTON

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Once you have accepted them you will be directed to the booking page. Booking online means that you have accepted all the terms and conditions.

On arrival for the service your name will be checked against the booking list. If your name does not appear on the list, you will not be granted entry. No one wants to ‘deny’ you access, however this is to accommodate the government regulations.

All online bookings will be confirmed via email. Submitting a booking does not necessarily guarantee a seat - arriving early to get a seat in the church

On arrival at church

  • Social distancing will be observed.

  • Entrance to the property will be via the Lych gate, where booking will be confirmed and temperature taken.

  • Hand sanitizer will be at the end of the ramp, everyone must sanitize their hands before entering the church.

  • Windows will be open to allow for adequate ventilation so please ensure that you are dressed warmly.

DECLARATION

  1. Have you travelled internationally in the last 14 days?

  2. Have you been in contact in the last 14 days with someone who is confirmed to have COVID-19

  3. Are you currently suffering from any of the following symptoms?

    • Fever

    • Cough

    • Sore throat

    • Body pains / headache

    • Shortness of breath

I hereby declare that the answers to the above questions, to best of my knowledge, are NO at the time of booking. I further undertake to inform St Michael’s Parish Office, should I be diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days of attending a service, so as to facilitate contact tracing.  Continuing to the booking page represents my signature.
